Oscar Ocampo arrived at my home after I experienced water damage. When he arrived he was professional, courteous and ready to work. He recognized that I was extremely NERVOUS and devastated so he first explained my situation in detail. Not only did he do this the first day but everyday until I understood fully. His demeanor was “calming” and reassuring to me. For approximately seven days of service I can tell you that I was extremely happy with the service. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO services.
